LCMsbe was founded since 2015 by Le Le Win MRICS MAIQS TechMSISV had graduated from Heriot-Watt University (UK) specialized in B.Sc (Quantity Surveying) with 20 years' experience in various types of Projects in Local and Singapore. During the period she worked in Singapore, she realized well about the roles of Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Facility Management & Real Estate Management Professions which are in Management roles of Mega Sizes Construction Projects. After she came back from Singapore in 2014, she realizes the weakness of above-mentioned Professions in Myanmar and planned to set up the learning hub which has specialize to train these subjects in order to contribute Myanmar Construction Industry.

LCMsbe made team which has much experienced Trainers in Quantity Surveying and Project Management Firm not only in Myanmar but also in Singapore.

As current industry has high demand for Quantity Surveying Professional and Project Management Professional, LCMsbe is educating their Technical knowledge and performing Professional Role.

During its seven years journey, it had produced over 550 alumni who become qualify Quantity Surveyors and those who are performing in Project Management Role. And now, they are playing well such key roles in both Myanmar Construction Industry and Singapore Construction Industry by utilization of their knowledge gained from LCMsbe.

LCMsbe already had significant achievements of the business so far operationally by core objectives; to produce qualify Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers for Construction Industry and to support Professional and Technical Development of Quantity Surveying and Project Management Firm for Myanmar Construction Industry. During these periods, LCMsbe has continuous Corporate Social Responsibility Program for various levels of Industrial Practitioners who are from Engineering & Architectural background and Students from Technological Universities to gain Technical Knowledge from its Technical Sharing Programs. Although its objective is CSR 0.0 Social Commitment oriented but it leads successfully to CSR 3.0 Business as the proactive political force.
